Event Manager/Organiser

Event Manager - 6 Month ContractWe are looking for an experienced Event Manager/Event Organiser to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a high-profile corporate event.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional to take ownership of a major event, working with senior stakeholders and multiple internal and external teams from initial planning through to successful delivery.Key responsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of the event from start to finish.Manage budgets, venues, suppliers, contractors and event logistics.Develop the agenda and coordinate speakers, content and guest requirements.Manage registrations, invitations and event communications.Coordinate AV, production, catering, branding and event collateral.Work closely with Marketing, Communications and senior stakeholders.Create the event run of show and lead on-site delivery, including stage management and problem solving.Manage post-event feedback, content and financial reconciliation.About youYou''ll have proven experience delivering corporate events, conferences or large-scale events, with strong project management, organisation and stakeholder management skills.You''ll be confident managing suppliers and budgets, working with senior stakeholders and remaining calm under pressure in a live event environment.Interested?
