Event Manager

As an Events Manager, you''ll play a key role in delivering high-profile events that bring together retailers, brands, suppliers and industry leaders from across the retail sector. Taking ownership of a portfolio of conferences, awards and networking events, you''ll create exceptional experiences that strengthen our brands, connect our communities and deliver value for customers and stakeholders. Working across some of the UK''s leading retail brands, you''ll take ownership of event delivery from concept through to completion, helping to shape memorable experiences while contributing to the continued growth and success of our events portfolio. This position can be based in either our London or Brighton office, with flexibility to travel between sites. What You''ll Be Doing Managing a portfolio of conferences, awards and networking events from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event completion Creating and managing detailed project plans and critical paths to ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines Managing event budgets, supplier relationships and venue sourcing to deliver commercially successful events Coordinating event logistics, including speakers, sponsors, catering, audio-visual requirements and technical production Building strong relationships with sponsors, venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience Taking ownership of on-site event delivery, proactively resolving issues and ensuring events are ..... full job details .....
