Role: Event Manager (Sales)Location: London (HQ-based with some on-site event work)Contract: Full-Time, PermanentStart Date: September/October 2025We are now seeking an experienced Event Manager (Sales) to join our dynamic team. This busy and exciting role will span event management, account management, lead generation, and client retention, with a strong focus on high-value clients across the creative, corporate, and private sectors. We are seeking individuals with a background in event catering sales, who are passionate about food and events, and looking for a new challenge!Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with both venues and clientsCreate bespoke client proposalsAttend tastings, site visits and client meetingsCarry out all commercial and operational planning for each event, including booking staff and equipmentCreate full event sheets for each eventComprehensively brief freelance and full-time staff for eventsAssume full responsibility for the event on site, including managing the event, catering/plating, and staff when requiredPrepare invoices and chase payment where requiredExperience and qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a catering or events companyConfident, self-motivated, and professionalExperience with Weddings is preferredPersonal licence holder preferredComfortable working simultaneously across a high volume of bookings and events.Experience using CRM platformsProven track record of working well under pressureHigh attention to detail and extremely organisedAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsWorking hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm will be your general office hours, although you will be expected to work events outside of these hours and occasionally on the weekend e.g. weddings.Benefits
