Event Manager – Luxury Floristry Events

We are an established luxury floristry business, known for transforming spaces with elegant, seasonal floral designs for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. With a reputation for exceptional quality and bespoke service, we are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Event Manager to join our fast growing Events Team and help deliver unforgettable floral experiences globally.Role Overview:As our Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing floral events from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with our clients and floral design team to ensure each event is seamless, beautifully styled, and executed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:• Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.• Coordinate all logistical aspects of floral event production, including venue access, delivery, setup, and breakdown.• Manage timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.• Collaborate with the floristry team to plan floral installations, arrangements, and on-site styling.• Conduct site visits and create detailed event plans and mood boards.• Lead event day operations to ensure flawless execution.• Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and calm.• Ensure every event reflects our brand’s high standards of quality and creativity.Ideal Candidate:• Proven experience in event management, ideally within weddings, hospitality, or luxury brands.• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A creative eye and appreciation for floral design and aesthetics.• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable.• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel).• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.• Previous experience in floristry or styling events with floral installations.• Driving license (preferred but not essential).What We Offer:• A dynamic, supportive, and creative team environment.• Opportunities to work on unique and high-profile events.• Room to grow and shape the role within a flourishing business.• Staff discounts and regular training opportunities.Seniority level
