Event Coordinator

Events Coordinator - Immediate Start - Global Brand

We are working with a-global brand-to recruit an experienced-Events Coordinator-for an immediate-start, four-week temporary assignment.

You will take a-hands-on approach-to supporting their busy events team, assisting with the coordination and delivery of a varied programme of high-profile events while working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating meetings, diaries and stakeholder activity
• Supporting event planning and delivery
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Managing event documentation, purchase orders, invoices and expenses
• Supporting event briefings, operational plans and reporting
• Providing general administrative and project support

About you:

• Previous events or office administration experience
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods

Please note that you must be available for an immediate start and have a full-UK driving license.
