They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their small friendly office team based in Laindon, Basildon.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer enquiries and manage new booking requestsServe as the key point of contact for customers, managing their bookings and keeping them updatedHandle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally and promptlySupport team members, including the Managing Director/s, and assist other departments as neededCommunicate with crew and bar staff and liaise with external suppliersCarry out general administration tasks and event administration dutiesManage event logistics, finances, and documentationAttend onsite events as requiredAssist with social media and contentAbout You:You will be ambitious, eager to learn and keen to develop a career within the events sector.
