You’ll be responsible for hands-on execution, working across teams, partners and suppliers to create a great event experience. What you’ll do Own project and launch plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and post-event reporting. Build trusted relationships with sponsors, partners, senior stakeholders and internal teams. Support develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, websites and partner channels, using insight to improve performance. Lead venue selection, supplier briefings and logistics, including audio visual, catering, design, travel, accommodation and accessibility requirements. Manage awards programmes from entries and judging through to finalists, winners and ceremony delivery. On day delivery —co-ordinating teams, speakers and VIPs, overseeing set-up and resolving issues quickly.
