In Any Event UK is a leading, independent event management and venue finding agency, and we''re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Event Co-ordinator to join our growing team in Portishead. We''re looking for someone who loves a challenge, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a team that makes amazing events happen! From conferences and exhibitions to product launches and corporate events, you''ll be involved in bringing a wide variety of events to life from the initial planning stages right through to being onsite and seeing it all come together. THE ROLE This is a varied, fast-paced and hands-on position where you''ll be involved in: Event Planning and Co-ordination Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, corporate events and product launches. Delegate Registration Managing event registrations, booking systems, delegate communications and joining instructions. Event Logistics Liaising with venues and suppliers, organising event materials, signage, catering, accommodation and AV requirements. Client and Supplier Relationships Communicating with clients, attending meetings and ensuring every detail is covered. Sponsorship and Sales Supporting sponsorship sales, identifying opportunities and helping our clients maximise their events. ..... full job details .....
