This growing agency are currently seeking a dynamic Event Business Development Manager to join the team, dedicated to fostering our continued growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and cultivating relationships. This role will leverage your expertise in sales and relationship management.As an Event Business Development Manager you will get involved in:Identifying potential opportunities and key decision makers within prospective client accountsEngaging in industry events, conducting research, initiating calls, arranging strategic meetings, and generating new prospectsOverseeing sales processes and monitoring incoming briefs on designated accountsCollaborating with Project Managers to support new pitchesConducting regular client visits, both with existing and potential clientsCompiling monthly progress reportsDeveloping and executing sales and marketing strategiesTHE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess robust sales and relationship-building experience, currently working as an Event Business Development Manager coupled with a solid understanding of AV equipment and production processes. Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing targets in a target-driven environment is essential.
