Your responsibilities will include:Station Management: Oversee athletes as they perform a variety of exercises safely and effectively at each station.Enforcing Standards: Validate repetitions and uphold competition rules, ensuring proper execution and monitoring for "no-reps" on movements such as sled pushes and wall balls.Athlete Support: Motivate and encourage participants, especially during high-fatigue stations, helping them dig deep and push through to the finish line.What We''re Looking For:A passion for fitness and a positive attitude!Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.Attention to detail and a commitment to fair play.Previous experience in event management or sports is a plus, but not mandatory.Why Join Us?
