Overview

We are looking for a talented Event Assistant to work for our client in Ipswich.They want to recruit someone with background of previous experience in the field. If that''s you then you could be exactly what they''re looking for, even if you''ve got limited experience.Responsibilities

Report to the Event Manager and work well in a team, under pressure and in a new environment, in different venues in Ipswich.Provide administrative, organisational, and logistical support to an event planner or event coordinator.Assist with creative decisions.Help set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion.The Candidate

Relevant background of previous experience in the field.Ability to work calmly under pressure; good literacy skills (verbal, written and spoken).Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills.Eager to contribute new ideas.Open to recent graduates with a degree in a relevant discipline but limited experience.Additional details
