Evening Shift Supervisor including Shunting Location: Tottenham, North London Salary: 37,000 - 40,000 per annum ( 17 per hour to 19 per hour) Contract: Temp to Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm - 3:00am About the Company Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing business operating within the packaging and distribution sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor / Shunter to lead their night operations team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, ideally from a warehouse, transport, logistics, manufacturing, or shunting background. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the evening operation, managing a team of 11 employees, and ensuring all processes and deadlines are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact during the evening shift, providing guidance, support, and leadership whilst maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
