Evening Shift Supervisor & Team Leader

o Temporary position around 3-4 months
o Circa £30K per annum (Pro-rata)
o Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm-10pm (Saturday 9am-4:30pm)

We''re looking for a hands-on, switched-on Supervisor/Team Leader to run our evening web fulfillment shift during peak season. You''ll be the go-to person for the team, making sure everything runs smoothly—and securely.
What you''ll be doing:
· Leading a team of 10-20 people in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
· Opening and closing the building, keeping an eye on security and alarms
· Hitting targets and keeping the team motivated
· Reporting KPIs and keeping things on track
· Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in—this is not a desk job!
 
What we''re looking for:
· Experience in ecomm fulfillment or similar fast-moving setup
· Strong leadership skills and a good attitude with people
· Health & Safety awareness
· Target-driven and computer literate
· Someone reliable, practical, and ready to take charge
