Evening ReceptionistJune Temp cover 14ph Camden, North London4:30pm - 9:00pmA leading property client is seeking an Evening Receptionist to deliver a first-class front-of-house and switchboard service for holiday cover and adhoc dates during the summer months.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a professional and welcoming reception service, ensuring a smooth visitor experienceHandling calls, messages, and enquiries efficiently (including international calls)Manage meeting room bookings, including AV and refreshmentsArrange taxis, couriers, and travel via approved suppliersSupport desk bookings and equipment loans, liaising with IT, hospitality, and facilitiesMonitor building access and ensure all security procedures are followedAct as a point of contactWork closley with contractors and cleaning staff where requiredSecure and lock the building at the end of each shiftMaintain reception records and documentationSkills and ExperiencePrevious reception, front-of-house, or facilities experienceExcellent communication and customer service skills with a professional, welcoming mannerReliable with strong organisational skills with attention to detail with the ability to multitaskAbility to work independently, use initiative, and manage a busy switchboardCompetent in MS Office and general IT systemsReliable, punctual, and calm under pressure with good judgementFirst Aid and/or basic security training (desirable)If you are flexiable to work evenings across June 2026, 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm, ..... full job details .....
