A good understanding of licensing laws and regulations.
Confidence in leading and motivating a team.
Flexibility to work longer hours during busy seasons and fewer hours during quieter periods.
Responsibilities:Reports directly to the General Manager.
Some lone working will be required.
Responsible for both the management and hands-on delivery of operational aspects of weddings, including dining room service.
Oversee end-of-day procedures, including venue close-down, lock-up, and turnaround for the next event.
