Job Title: EV Field Service Engineer Location: West London and Surrounding Areas Role Type: Permanent (Company Vehicle, Fuel Card and Expenses Included) Sector: EV Charging Infrastructure About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced EV Field Service Engineer to join their growing team, supporting commercial and public sector EV charging infrastructure across the South East. This is a home-based role where you''ll be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, fault finding and repair of AC and DC EV charging equipment. You''ll play a key role in ensuring charging infrastructure remains safe, compliant and fully operational while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Commission, service, maintain and repair AC and DC EV charging equipment. Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults efficiently. Carry out inspections, preventative maintenance and compliance testing. Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards. Complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site. Support emergency call-outs and standby cover when required. Work closely with operational and engineering teams to deliver excellent service levels. Requirements: ECS Gold Card. Proven experience in electrical maintenance, testing and fault finding.
