Duration: 2 months Rate: Negotiable Start: Monday Role & Responsibilities: Carry out duties as the designated Competent Person on site. Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures and relevant utility standards. Oversee and monitor works within designated areas. Carry out safety checks and ensure control measures are followed. Deliver site briefings and communicate safe systems of work to the workforce. Identify and report hazards, defects or unsafe working practices. Liaise with site management and other contractors to coordinate works safely. Maintain relevant site documentation and records where required. Requirements: Valid EUSR Competent Person accreditation. Previous experience working on utilities/infrastructure projects. Good understanding of health & safety procedures. Ability to work effectively with site management and operatives. Relevant CSCS/CPCS qualifications where applicable.
