European Sales Manager

As a well-established manufacturing business who are market leaders in the UK, we find ourselves needing a seasoned European Sales Manager to look after a vast territory. This Sales Manager role is ideally suited to a technical consumables'' sales specialist based in the UK, France, Germany, Belgium or Holland. BASIC SALARY: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum BENEFITS: Company vehicle Laptop Phone LOCATION: Homebased in Europe COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Scandinavia PERSON SPECIFICATION: European Sales Manager, Export Sales Manger - Manufacturer As a European Sales Manager, you will be a natural salesperson who enjoys a small element of direct line management. Above all, you will demonstrate passion and commitment and inspires the same in others. You are looking for a role that champions technical sales and gives you the autonomy and freedom to manage your distributors and drive strategy across your region. In addition, you will be: Knowledgeable in the technical consumables world of paints, resins, coatings, adhesives, construction, flooring, roofing, abrasives. Able to clearly communicate at all levels, with fluency in English and any other European languages would be an advantage. A highly motivated self-starter, able to see things commercially and prioritise workload as a result.
