An international motorsport company is looking for an ambitious
European Sales Manager
to lead growth initiatives across the European region. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of
engineering innovation and elite motorsport performance , where your commercial expertise will help deliver cutting-edge solutions to some of the world''s most demanding customers.This role is based in
Turin, Italy
and involves regular travel throughout Europe to engage with leading motorsport and high-performance engineering businesses.
What You''ll Be DoingLead commercial growth
across Europe, developing business with both established and new clients.Build partnerships
with key accounts, providing technical insight and supporting customers on application-specific projects.Represent the business
at motorsport events, trade shows, and client meetings.Shape market strategy
by monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and providing competitor insights.Drive collaboration
with internal teams to support innovation, marketing campaigns, and product development.Ensure strong account management , from quotations through to delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction at every stage.
About YouWe''re looking for a motivated professional with a strong commercial background in
motorsport or high-performance engineering . You''ll be able to combine technical understanding with business acumen to deliver real results.Key qualities include:Proven sales and business development experience in motorsport or a related technical sector.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex engineering solutions.Bring an established list of contacts.Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently across multiple markets.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered a bonus.
