Salary: Up to -28,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly respected logistics provider is seeking a European Road Freight Forwarder to join their busy operations team in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their freight forwarding career looking to develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating European road freight export shipments
• Handling groupage and full load movements across Europe
• Completing customs documentation in line with current regulations
• Liaising with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents
• Ensuring all shipments meet compliance and service level requirements
• Managing bookings, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues proactively

Requirements

• Essential: Experience in European road freight forwarding
• Essential: Knowledge of export operations and customs procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
