The Role
You''ll take ownership of a busy European road freight operation, managing start-to-finish import and export movements while leading a high-performing operations team. This is a hands-on management role where you''ll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience managing European Road Freight operations
• Strong knowledge of start-to-finish import and export processes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
