Able to work in a demanding office environment and balance conflicting priorities to keep up with progressive deadlines. Negotiating rates with hauliers and arranging collections to meet sailing deadlines. Providing competitive quotations in a timely manner. Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements and any packing specifications. Creation of export and import declarations where appropriate.
