This is admin, customer service and logistics support.
You’ll work with teams across Europe, support order-to-cash processes, and help keep everything running smoothly. Bring your energy, flexibility, and admin skills!

The Role:

  • Dealing with correspondence, phone calls and queries
  • Customer service to provide for customers and work with customer service team in China
  • Responsible for handling all orders from customers Order to Cash
  • Close relationship with sales team
  • Helping managing bookkeeping
  • Accounts payables
  • Accounts receivables
  • VAT returns (in various Western Europe countries)
  • Managing offices space and facilities, dealing with contracts with suppliers and insurance companies, health and safety policies, ordering stationery and furniture
  • Freight purchasing assistance
  • Monitoring staff travels with travel agent.
