I''m currently recruiting for 2 x EUC Refresh Engineers to support a large-scale device refresh programme with a healthcare organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team on a long-term programme that''s already underway, supporting frontline healthcare staff.

We''re looking for engineers who are happy being hands-on, comfortable working directly with end users, and able to hit the ground running from day one.

The Role:

• Desktop and laptop deployments
• Device imaging and builds
• Software installations and configurations
• End-user support and floorwalking
• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support
• Asset management and device tracking
• Working closely with project teams to deliver refresh activities with minimal disruption

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous EUC refresh, rollout or deployment experience
• Strong Windows desktop/laptop support background
• Experience with SCCM or similar imaging/deployment tools
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider project team

Healthcare/ Hospital experience would be beneficial but isn''t essential.
