Good understanding of IT asset management, chain-of-custody procedures, asset tracking, and deployment documentation. Experience performing post-build validation, application checks, and functional testing. Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and enterprise endpoint environments. Experience supporting large-scale, wave-based Windows rollout and migration projects. Ability to provide L0/L1 hypercare support and L2-level troubleshooting/triage during and after deployments.
