EUC Engineer - London (Hybrid) - £40,000 to £45,000Robert Half are working with a IT consultancy and managed services client on the recruitment of a talented EUC Engineer.This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Key Responsibilities:Administer Apple (macOS) and Windows endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune)Build and deploy device policies, configuration profiles, compliance rules, and security baselinesManage device enrolment workflows (Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot) and oversee OS/device refreshesPackage and deploy applications for macOS and Windows environmentsAdminister Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID (Azure AD), manage users, groups, access policies, MFA, and conditional accessImplement endpoint security solutions including encryption, patch management, hardening, and compliance controlsTroubleshoot complex 2nd/3rd line issues, network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP), and support core infrastructure where neededWhat You''ll Need:2+ years in a 2nd line/3rd line/EUC engineer position, hands-on with Apple and Windows environmentsExperience with Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune (endpoint management), and Microsoft 365 administrationSolid background in a client-facing role, ideally in a managed service provider or multi-client settingProven ability with structured ticketing systems and enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows 10/11, networking fundamentals, and ..... full job details .....
