ETL Technical Analyst (Contract) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension) Location: London/Hybrid (3 days per week on site) Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates Role Profile The role is responsible for translating business and data requirements into scalable ETL solutions, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance across critical systems. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise data solutions. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement, with responsibility for supporting both project delivery and business-as-usual operations. Key Accountabilities: Translate business requirements and data mapping specifications into effective ETL technical designs. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL solutions in line with technology standards and best practices. Produce and review high-level and detailed solution designs. Conduct technical walkthroughs and peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables. Create and execute unit testing plans and support system, integration, and regression testing activities. Validate data completeness, accuracy, and integrity through reconciliation and controls.
