Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor £45,000 £55,000 Basic (DOE) Basildon Permanent / Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am 5:30pm) We re currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy and well-established bodyshop in the Basildon area. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential and a consistent Monday to Friday working pattern. The Role As an Estimator / VDA, you ll be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and managing the repair process from estimate through to completion. Producing accurate repair estimates using industry systems Liaising with insurance companies, customers and third parties Managing claims and ensuring all information is correctly recorded Supporting the workshop to ensure efficient repair processes Delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair journey Maintaining a safe and organised working environment What We re Looking For Proven experience as an Estimator / VDA within the motor trade Experience working within a bodyshop environment Audatex experience desirable Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Full UK Driving Licence Recruitment Process Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a trial of 3 estimates Candidates must be comfortable completing this stage to be considered What s On Offer £45,000 £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience) ..... full job details .....
