Full training and mentoring will be provided for Trainees, while experienced Estimators will take the lead on preparing competitive tender submissions.Location: Caterham, Surrey (Must be a driver due to location)Salary: £24,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on level of experience and career to date)Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time Benefits: Competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company pension, your birthday off and more!Key Responsibilities - Depending on your level of experience, your duties will include:Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications.Preparing accurate estimates, quotations and cost breakdowns.Producing Bills of Quantities, pricing schedules and tender documentation.Attending site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.Assisting with the preparation and submission of competitive tenders.Supporting post-tender reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Full training and support will be provided for ..... full job details .....
