The role will focus on residential civils projects , pricing packages including plot works, roads, sewers, drainage, earthworks and associated groundworks for major housebuilders across the region. The Role Working as part of the pre-construction team, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially competitive tenders for residential infrastructure and groundworks projects. You’ll review tender documentation and drawings, undertake take-offs, obtain and assess supply chain quotations and build up detailed costs from first principles.
