The role will focus on residential civils projects, pricing packages including plot works, roads, sewers, drainage, earthworks and associated groundworks for major housebuilders across the region. The Role Working as part of the pre-construction team, you ll be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially competitive tenders for residential infrastructure and groundworks projects.
