My client in the Thurnscoe area of Doncaster are looking for an experienced Estimator.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual with an engineering background who can confidently prepare quotations, manage customer enquiries, and support business growth.The successful candidate will also take a leading role in developing the company''s spare parts sales division, building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for engineering projectsReview customer specifications and technical requirementsLiaise with customers, suppliers, engineering and production teams to develop competitive proposalsFollow up quotations and build strong customer relationshipsLead and grow the spare parts sales side of the businessIdentify opportunities for repeat business and upselling spare parts and servicesMaintain quotation records and sales activity using internal systemsSupport the wider commercial team in achieving sales targetsRequirementsPrevious experience in an Estimator, Quotations, Internal Sales, Sales Engineer, or Commercial Engineering roleExperience preparing quotations within an engineering or manufacturing environmentStrong commercial awareness and customer service skillsAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat''s on Offer?Salary of -40,000 - -45,000 per annumPermanent, full-time positionOpportunity to lead and develop the spare parts sales functionExposure to international engineering projectsCareer progression opportunities within a growing businessSupportive and collaborative working environmentIND123
