The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within Construction Industry Produce accurate, competitive cost estimates based on technical drawings and specifications. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and resolve queries. Prepare and submit tenders while ensuring all deadlines are met. Source and negotiate competitive pricing with subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain detailed records of estimates, tender submissions, and client feedback. Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month''s notice must be able to travel into Kent and must have 3-5 years Drylining Estimating experience.
