Estimator/Autocad Designer

Estimator/Autocad Designer Neath To £30k depending on experience We are looking for an experienced Estimator with strong CAD, estimating and customer service skills to strengthen our client s team in Neath You will manage customer enquiries, understand their requirements, prepare accurate quotations and produce 2D AutoCAD drawings, whilst building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, web and social media Prepare accurate quotations and 2D AutoCAD drawings Follow up quotations and develop customer relationships Understand customer budgets, specifications and requirements Maintain accurate records using ODOO CRM Work closely with production, accounts, marketing and despatch Ensure work meets relevant standards, regulations and customer requirements About You Experience in estimating and AutoCAD Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident using IT, including Word, Excel, CRM and CAD Customer focused and commercially aware Proactive, self motivated and able to work independently Able to manage deadlines and multiple enquiries A team player with an interest in design and the built environment Desirable: Experience in manufacturing/product development, construction/built environment or fire safety compliance.
