The role involves close collaboration with bid, planning, procurement, and operational teams to develop accurate cost estimates and support successful project delivery from tender through to handover. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders and budget pricing Work closely with Bid Managers to develop competitive and compliant pricing strategies Review tender documentation and advise on cost-effective methodologies and design options Carry out quantity take-offs and validate client bills of quantities Build up rates for labour, plant, and materials, ensuring compliance with relevant agreements and standards Liaise with procurement to obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations Develop comparisons and recommendations for supply chain selection Price temporary works, preliminaries, staffing, and project-specific requirements Contribute to risk and opportun...
