Estimator Role: Overview: Responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and residential projects, including Mechanical and Electrical, HVAC, and multi-skilled services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare tenders and cost estimates for PPM, reactive, and project works. Interpret specifications, drawings, and schedules to produce accurate take-offs. Source and analyse subcontractor/supplier quotes. Conduct site visits and liaise with technical teams to define scope. Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations. Support bid submissions, presentations, and post-tender reviews. Maintain awareness of market trends and pricing in the FM sector Requirements: Proven experience in estimating within Facilities Management, MandE, or HVAC projects. Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, installations, and project-based FM services and building services Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
