TSR Recruitment are recruiting for a Construction Estimator on behalf of a regional main contractor based in Lincoln. Due to a significant increase in enquiries and planned growth, this contractor requires the addition of an experienced Estimator to work on upcoming projects.  This role will involve working on new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m. This permanent opportunity is with a regional construction business operating regionally.

Projects will vary from office, healthcare and education refurbishments to small new build industrial units, offices and commercial builds. This contactor has over 50 years of trading history and experience in the construction world and has a great reputation in the region.

The Role

• Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
• Receive, review, and organise tender documentation.
• Manage clients’ expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
• Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records
• Prepare accurate preliminary costs considering programme, specifications, and operational requirements.

The Person

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Construction or similar experience
• Conquest estimating experience (Ideally)
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Organised and professional
