Working on projects ranging from £300k to £2m, they have built a strong reputation for delivering industrial facilities, office fit-outs and commercial construction schemes for a diverse client base.Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to join their Warrington office.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking to join a growing contractor where they can take ownership of projects from tender enquiry through to handover.You''ll be responsible for pricing a mixture of industrial construction and office fit-out projects, preparing competitive tenders and supporting the Pre-Construction team in securing new business opportunities.Although predominantly office-based in Warrington, occasional site visits across the North West may be required.Key Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, tender documentation and identify scope gaps.Complete quantity take-offs and build project costs from first principles.Produce accurate and competitive estimates for projects valued between £300k and £2m.Manage tender programmes and ensure submission deadlines are achieved.Issue enquiries to ..... full job details .....
