The role will focus on smaller works, typically up to £15k at a high volume, giving you exposure to a varied range of projects and clients.You''ll join a close-knit team and work alongside experienced colleagues, with a clear opportunity to develop as the business continues to grow.The RoleAs a Small Works Estimator, you''ll manage the estimating process from initial enquiry through to quotation, including: Reviewing client enquiries and scopes of work. Arranging engineer site visits and reviewing survey information. Challenging and refining scopes where required. Obtaining costs from approved suppliers and subcontractors. Producing accurate and competitive quotations. Managing costs through the company''s job tracking system. Working closely with coordinators, engineers and subcontractors to deliver a smooth process.
