The core workload is interior fit-out and refurbishment, but the business is taking on more external works and groundworks, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, retail and leisure.Whether you''re an experienced Estimator or an Assistant Estimator with around four years'' experience ready to step up, they''re open to the right person.The RoleYou''ll take ownership of tenders from enquiry through to submission, producing accurate and competitive estimates while working closely with the commercial and construction teams.You''ll typically manage around three tenders at a time, with projects varying significantly in size and complexity.The role will involve: Pricing construction, fit-out, refurbishment and some external/groundworks packages.Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.Completing take-offs and obtaining competitive subcontractor and supplier costs.Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.Working collaboratively with the wider commercial and construction teams.
