The business delivers a wide range of projects, predominantly within the Education sector, with project values typically ranging from £500k to £1m.This opportunity would suit either:An Estimator looking to develop within a supportive contractor environment, orA slightly more experienced candidate with some Quantity Surveying exposure who can bring additional commercial value to the team.The RoleThe successful candidate will support the pre-construction function and play a key role in the tendering process, helping to secure projects within tight turnaround times, typically 2-3 days.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing and assisting with cost estimates and tender submissionsSending out subcontractor and supplier enquiriesLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotationsSupporting the commercial and pre-construction teams throughout the tender processAssisting with pricing analysis and cost comparisonsWorking on projects primarily within the Education sectorSupporting the delivery of competitive tenders on projects valued between £500k-£1mCandidate ProfileOur client is focused more on personality, attitude, and capability than the specific companies candidates have worked for.They are looking for someone ..... full job details .....
