Delivering projects ranging from warehouse refurbishments to full office fit-outs, we pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and strong client relationships.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our pre-construction team in Cannock. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for industrial and commercial fit-out projects, supporting the business in securing profitable work.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to prepare detailed cost estimatesTake off quantities and prepare bills of quantities where requiredObtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsPrepare tender submissions, including pricing schedules and supporting documentationIdentify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsAttend site visits, pre-tender meetings, and client briefingsLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsMaintain and develop relationships with key supply chain partnersEnsure estimates are completed within deadlines and to a high level of accuracySupport handover of successful tenders ..... full job details .....
