This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with a strong background in construction, particularly someone experienced in pricing refurbishment, maintenance or social housing projects. Key Responsibilities Preparing accurate and competitive estimates, tenders and quotations. Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules and contract documentation. Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations. Identifying project risks, opportunities and potential cost savings. Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure successful tender submissions. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
