Role OverviewThe successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors as part of an experienced team, handling a range of responsibilities related to pricing and commercial management. Key ResponsibilitiesPricing works ranging from 1,000 to 500,000Liaising with subcontractors and obtaining competitive quotationsPreparing pricing for labour, plant, materials, and subcontract packagesCommercial management of projects once on sitePricing variations during live projectsPreparing subcontract ordersCompleting CVR documents for larger projects and commercial sheets for smaller schemes Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in estimating and quantity surveyingAbility to work collaboratively within a teamExperience managing subcontractor payments and dealing with clientsFull UK driving licence (site visits required within 50-mile radius) Benefits25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional leave at ChristmasCompany pension schemePrivate health insurance ..... full job details .....
