You will play a key role in securing new business by producing high-quality tenders and supporting the pre-construction team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projects Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to assess project requirements Take off quantities and build up rates for labour, materials, and subcontract packages Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Attend site visits, pre-tender and post-tender meetings Work closely with design, commercial, and project delivery teams Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools Requirements: Previous experience as an Estimator within construction, ideally fit-out/interiors Strong understanding of commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B) ...
