We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to take commercial responsibility for multiple small-scale projects simultaneously. Integrated Services are a fast-paced division, working across both the Property and Retail sectors. You will support the commercial team in delivering tenders ranging from £5k to £500k, in line with our client requirements, such as BandQ and Morrisons. The role is primarily office-based in Hove (5 days per week), with occasional ad hoc site visits. Key Responsibilities: Preparing accurate cost estimations for retail, residential and commercial projects based on tender drawings, specifications, and site visits. Evaluating project risks and pricing accordingly to ensure commercial viability. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and negotiate competitive prices.
