This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, supportive team with long-term career prospects and hybrid working available after probation.The RoleYou will play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working from architectural drawings and specifications to deliver accurate and competitive tenders.Preparing detailed estimates from architectural drawings and specificationsTaking off quantities and defining full scope of worksUsing specialist software to build accurate costingsLiaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsRaising RFIs and ensuring all project requirements are understoodObtaining supplier quotations and supporting technical informationSubmitting tenders and following up to secure feedbackIdentifying value engineering opportunitiesSupporting project handovers to design and delivery teamsWhat We are Looking ForExperience in estimating within aluminium / glazing / facade / constructionStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawingsKnowledge of Logikal software (highly desirable)Good understanding of specifications and project requirementsConfident communicator with clients and suppliersProactive, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a teamSoftware ExperienceLogikalTech DesignBluebeam (or similar PDF tools)Microsoft Office ..... full job details .....
