This is a key position within the commercial and pre-construction team, responsible for pricing a range of tenders and quotations, completing detailed take-offs and working closely with clients, suppliers and operational teams. The successful candidate will have previous estimating or quantity take-off experience and be confident working with tender documentation, supplier quotations and commercial pricing. Key Responsibilities Manage estimating opportunities from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Prepare detailed take-offs, quantities and cost estimates .
