Estimator (Super Prime Refurbs)

The Opportunity An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Estimator to join a highly respected construction business, renowned for delivering exquisite high end residential refurbishment projects across the most exclusive areas of London. Based primarily out of their prestigious Chelsea office, you will be instrumental in the pre construction phase of schemes with project values often reaching several million pounds. This role offers a unique chance to shape the commercial success of some of London''s most sought-after residential properties. Key Responsibilities As the Estimator, you will take ownership of the critical financial planning for our projects, with the scope to broaden your expertise into full commercial management. Your duties will include: Preparing highly detailed, accurate cost estimates and tender proposals for complex high end residential refurbishments. Managing the full tendering process, from initial enquiry through to final submission. Leading procurement and managing subcontractor package analysis. Budget management and providing accurate, timely financial reporting to senior management. Working closely with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial viability and successful project delivery. Crucially, this role offers a varied workload with a blend of estimating and post-contract duties, including contract administration and commercial management.
