      <description>Location: Newcastle upon Tyne | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client is a well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage and refurbishment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team and support the successful preparation, management and submission of competitive tenders for a variety of construction projects.  Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation, management and submission of competitive tenders. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking to work on varied and complex projects, contributing to bid strategy, value engineering and the continued growth of a successful construction organisation.
